- Payment information: payment method details and tokenized references from payment processors (we do not store full card numbers)
- Transaction and repayment data: purchase history, repayment schedules, payment history, and balances
- Support and communication data: support messages, appeal submissions, and communication history
- Technical and operational data: logs and usage data required for platform security and performance

- Create, maintain, and secure your account
- Perform verification checks and satisfy legal/compliance obligations

- Licensed credit bureaus or data agencies, including EveryData Jamaica, where legally permitted
- Cross-border processors where safeguards are in place for data protection
5. Payment Data and Security
- Card data is securely transmitted to payment processors
- Payment data is encrypted and tokenized
- Payemm stores tokenized references, not full card details
- Tokenized methods may be used for repayments, subscriptions, fees, and authorized charges
6. Communications
By using Payemm, you agree to receive service communications via:
- SMS
- In-app notifications
7. Data Security
Payemm uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and devices.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account records, risk and fraud controls, support operations, and legal obligations.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
